1. El Cometa Jalepeno (previous ranking #1) - Defeated newcomer Bad Dream this past Monday and until someone takes the belt away from him the top spot will be his.
2. Nemesis (previous ranking #3) - Defeated Hillbilly Bill again to retain his Mayhem Championship. Hillbilly Bill was again distracted by The Crow which lead to Nemesis capitalizing in the end.
3. Hillbilly Bill (previous ranking #2)- Lost to Nemesis this past Monday. He had a chance to win the Mayhem Championship but again The Crow interfered and Hillbilly Bill paid for it with a guitar smashed over his head.
4. Biggfoot/Omerta 187 (previous ranking #4) - Defeated Acrolyth and "Razorback" Rex Ryder this past Monday in convincing fashion. The power of the MOB proved to be too much for the Tag Champs to handle.
5. Taj1ri (previous ranking #7) - Defeated BoGogMama this past Monday. Taj1ri is on a roll ever since he's been named the #1 contender and it doesn't look like he's going to stop anytime soon.
6. Samoan Hollerbach (previous ranking unrated) - Defeated Juggalotus this past Monday. The new draftee Juggalotus made his debut on MMM but Samoan Hollerbach edged out a victory.
7. "Razorback" Rex Ryder/Acrolyth (previous ranking #5) - Both lost to Biggfoot and Omerta 187 this past Monday. It was a tough week for the Tag Champs losing to who might be the #1 contenders to their titles the MOB.
8. The Crow (previous ranking #10) - Didn't have a match but made his presence felt again nailing Hillbilly Bill with his guitar and costing Bill another chance at winning the Mayhem Championship.
9. Juggalotus (previous ranking #8 )/i] - Lost to Samoan Hollerbach this past Monday. Juggalotus making his debut on MMM didn't turn out as he expected losing a tough battle against Samoan Hollerbach.
10. Sparten [i](previous ranking unranked) - Defeated Zap Rowsdower this past Monday. In a tough match between these two Sparten pulled out the hard fought victory.
