Wrestling Traditions

OK everyone, I've decided we need to start having some fun on these forums. What I want to do is build up a list of wrestling traditions, basically things that always seem to happen in wrestling.

Here are a few examples.

- During Wrestler A's promo, if Wrestler B's music hits, Wrestler A's attention will instantly be focused on the ramp and will in no way suspect some sort of ambush by Wrestler B through the crowd.

- No matter the force of the blow, be it being crushed between two wrestlers, or brushed slightly by a wrestler, a referee will instantly be incapacitated in a manner similar to suferring a brain haemorage.

- At some point during a match, Ric Flair will climb to the top turnbuckle, which will be quickly followed by being thrown off the top turnbuckle. Should Flair reach the top turnbuckle and not be thrown off, reality as we know it may end.

Feel free to add more guys.

Here's a few more:

-in a particularly good match, HHH always goes flying over the turnbuckle after an Irish Whip the the corner.

-after a good Irish Whip the the corner, HBK flips up and back (not sure how else to describe it) and gets nailed by his opponent.

-after taking a few good shots, Ric Flair gets up and falls face first to the mat.

And ,by the way, Flair actually hit that move from the top once on RAW. I think it was a double ax handle.

At some point during a match, another wrestler or wrestlers stand at the top of the ramp to distract one of the wrestlers in the ring, or charge down the ramp to the ring & start hitting one of the wrestlers


you have a guest ref, ie another wrestler

- If anyone hits a powerbomb the opponent gets up effortless, if Batista does it it's destroying

- If anyone hits a clothesline, the opponent is up immediately after, but when it is a Clotheline from Hell by JBL, the match is over

- people fly over the ropes alle the time, but as soon as it is a over-the-top royal rumble thing they just won't get over

- When Wrestler A has Wrestler B in for example an Abdominal Stretch, it hurts much more when someone is holding Wrestler A's hand

1.When HBK stomps on the floor the opponent never knows what is going to happen and gets up.
2.If some1 does a jump off the top rope it does nothing...if chavo or RVD would do it then it would be excruciating.
